4. TikTok Account Connection
By connecting your TikTok account to our Service, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all published content complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the Settings page.
5. Content Guidelines
You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or publish content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
- Contains adult, explicit, or pornographic material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Contains malware or harmful code
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated using our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You agree to review and approve all videos before they are published to TikTok.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the topics and ideas you submit. For content generated by our Service, you are granted a license to use, publish, and distribute that content on TikTok and other platforms.
Our Service
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Popoff Video and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Usage Limits
We may impose limits on video generation, storage, and publishing based on your subscription plan. Abuse of the Service, including excessive API calls or circumvention of limits, may result in account suspension.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPOFF VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Popoff Video and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
